Greenfield College is a fast-growing skills-focused training institution dedicated to delivering industry-aligned technical and vocational education. The College is seeking qualified and experienced Lecturers in the school of Engineering/Technology and Education.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver competency-based theory and practical training in Electrical and Automotive Engineering programmes
  • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment tools in line with TEVETA standards
  • Supervise practical workshops, industrial attachments, and student projects
  • Mentor and support students for academic and workplace readiness
  • Participate in curriculum development and institutional quality improvement activities

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related technical field (Higher qualifications will be an added advantage)
  • Proven lecturing or training experience in TEVETA-accredited institutions
  • TEVETA trainer accreditation and/or teaching methodology qualification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years industry or teaching experience in the relevant field
  • Strong practical and workshop facilitation skills
  • Membership with a relevant professional body is desirable
