Greenfield College is a fast-growing skills-focused training institution dedicated to delivering industry-aligned technical and vocational education. The College is seeking qualified and experienced Lecturers in the school of Engineering/Technology and Education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver competency-based theory and practical training in Electrical and Automotive Engineering programmes
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessment tools in line with TEVETA standards
- Supervise practical workshops, industrial attachments, and student projects
- Mentor and support students for academic and workplace readiness
- Participate in curriculum development and institutional quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related technical field (Higher qualifications will be an added advantage)
- Proven lecturing or training experience in TEVETA-accredited institutions
- TEVETA trainer accreditation and/or teaching methodology qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years industry or teaching experience in the relevant field
- Strong practical and workshop facilitation skills
- Membership with a relevant professional body is desirable
