Background
Greenfield College (GIC) is a modern, industry-driven training institution dedicated to delivering market-relevant skills development programmes aligned with current and emerging labour market needs. Greenfield College is a fast-growing skills-focused training institution dedicated to delivering industry-aligned technical and vocational education. The College is seeking qualified and experienced Lecturers in the school of Engineering/Technology and Education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training in plumbing and pipefitting for craft certificates.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
- Supervise students during practical workshops and industry-based training
- Participate in curriculum development and academic activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related technical field (Higher qualifications will be an added advantage)
- Proven lecturing or training experience in TEVETA-accredited institutions
- TEVETA trainer accreditation and/or teaching methodology qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years industry or teaching experience in the relevant field
- Strong practical and workshop facilitation skills
- Membership with a relevant professional body is desirable
