Role Summary
The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to oversee and manage the academic and administrative functions of the college. This includes implementing strategic plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education, and maintaining an efficient operational framework.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing institutional policies and strategies.
• Oversee the delivery of academic programs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide leadership and support to faculty and administrative staff.
• Facilitate partnerships and collaborations with industry and education stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve student performance and overall academic outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Education Management, Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an academic leadership role.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in policy development and implementation will be an advantage.
