Background
Paraíso House of Barbeque is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional customer service and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally and courteously.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Address customer requests and concerns in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Location Preference
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ibex Meanwood, Chelstone, Avondale, and other nearby areas due to proximity to the restaurant and work schedule requirements.
