JOB DETAILS:
Location: Livingstone
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after guests arrive.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
