We are looking for a Warehouse Audit Supervisor to join our team in Lusaka. This position requires a highly detail-oriented individual with relevant experience in warehouse operations and inventory audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Monitor and verify stock movements (inbound and outbound).
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain audit trails for all stock activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper documentation and processes are followed.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Support implementation of inventory management best practices.
Qualifications & Educational Background:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications in auditing or inventory management will be an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse audit or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and stock management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location: Lusaka (Applicants must currently reside in Lusaka)
