JOB DETAILS:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
• Overseeing Inventory Accuracy and Stock Levels
• Directing and assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols, and providing training and performance feedback
• Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock takes, and ensuring proper storage and organization of goods
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
• Overseeing the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation
• Maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any potential hazards

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Knowledge in distribution or logistics management
• Must be a member of (ZIPS) with a valid 2025 Certificate
• Suitably qualified applicants must provide certificates that have been verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZQA)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
