We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage day-to-day inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining stock integrity and compliance with Zambian health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against LPOs and invoices.
• Organize and label stock following the FEFO principle.
• Prepare and dispatch goods in coordination with relevant teams.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Supervise warehouse assistants or casual staff as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems (e.g., Sage, Zoho Inventory).
• Knowledge of ZRA documentation and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high integrity.
