Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their dynamic team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Warehouse Operations: Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.
• Lead a Team: Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate Logistics: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and stakeholders to address operational issues.
• Ensure Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to workplace safety and health regulations, conduct regular safety audits.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, dispatch performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

What We Are Looking For:
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in team supervision and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
