JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a team while maintaining efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the local warehousing team, including attendance, work assignments, overtime, and duty management.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics for smooth and timely operations.
• Implement and maintain 5S warehouse management practices.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely updates of material and stack cards.
• Conduct induction training for warehouse keepers and receiving clerks.
• Supervise and inspect warehouse staff performance for compliance.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
• 5+ years of warehousing experience, with 3+ years in team management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management processes.
• Fluent in English as a working language.
• Minimum age: 30 years.

• Leadership & Team Management – Supervise, motivate, and coordinate warehouse staff.
• Inventory Management – Ensure stock accuracy and proper record-keeping.
• Logistics & Supply Chain – Oversee warehouse operations and material flow.
