- Perform MIG, TIG, and ARC welding on a range of metals and structures
- Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet safety and engineering codes
- Collaborate with fabrication teams to assemble metal frameworks
- Maintain cleanliness and quality in welding operations
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements (All Roles):
- Craft Certificate in Fitting, Boilermaking, or Welding from a recognized institution
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid membership with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant hands-on experience in industrial or mining settings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Willingness to work under pressure and in demanding environments
