Qualifications or requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience in cost accounting and project accounting.
• Knowledge of tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Pastel, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA – added advantage).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience (preferably in construction or project environment).
