JOB DETAILS:
About the Role
We are looking for an organized Accountant to support our accounts team with daily financial management, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process payroll and statutory filings (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, WCFB).
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers & transactions in Tally.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable.
- Support budget tracking and annual audits.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA, CIMA or ZICA equivalent.
- Valid ZICA membership (Mandatory).
- 2–3+ years relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office & Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of Zambian tax & statutory requirements.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
