About the Company

Chenguang Biotech Group Co., Ltd. is an international agricultural and biotechnology company engaged in the processing and export of natural plant extracts and agricultural products. The Zambia branch is expanding its operations and is seeking a qualified and motivated Accountant to join its growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Process payments, invoices, and reconciliations
• Assist with monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with Zambian tax and financial regulations
• Prepare VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns
• Monitor company budgets and expenditures
• Support internal and external audits
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and government authorities when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA, CIMA, ZICA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of Chinese language is an added advantage but not mandatory
