JOB DETAILS:

Plant Agrichem Services Limited a company specialised in Agrochemical supplies and distribution seeks the services of a professional qualified Accountant for quality and efficient financial reporting. The new hire will be actively involved in every step of the accounting process.

Role and responsibilities

• Record financial transactions;
• Prepare forms and financial documentation
• Prepare statements of income statement, statements of cashflows and statement of financial position;
• Create budgets and financial plans as needed;
• Perform bank reconciliations;
• Reconcile general ledger Accounts;
• Perform inventory counts and produce reports; and
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting and Finance or Part II ACCA/CIMA;
• Membership of ZICA;
• Intermediate experience with Pastel/Accpack, Excel, Word and other office 365 tech;
• Knowledge of ZRA Smart Invoice System (new system);
• Self-motivated, organised and detailed driven;
• Strong verbal/written communication skills;
• Expert usage of Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP)
