Our company is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic graduates to fill the following trainee position

Accounts and Finance Trainee

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will gain practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Finance Manager.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with data entry and financial record management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Overall Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High levels of integrity, honesty, and confidentiality.
• Good data entry and spreadsheet management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
