Background
A NEWLY OPENED EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSTITUTE SITUATED IN LUSAKA WEST, ALONG MUMBWA ROAD (FORMER KASAMU SCHOOL), IS SEEKING QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCES PERSONS TO FILL UP VACANCIES.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recording and reconciling financial transactions.
- Preparing Monthly & Annual Financial statements
- Filling PAYE, NPASA, NHIMA & Rental Tax Return
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and petty cash reports.
- Support preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Maintain ledgers and assist with audits.
- Handle student fee receipts and deposits.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Process payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
