Key Responsibilities

• Filing and organizing financial documentation and records
• Posting transactions into the accounting system
• Capturing accounting data accurately
• Assisting with reconciliations of ledgers and financial records
• Managing and updating the assets register
• Filing accounting and tax documents
• Assisting with tax submissions
• Learning and using Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Supporting the finance team with other assigned duties

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn accounting software and financial systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
