Background
Empire Cote Infrastructure Group (ECIG) is a Zambian engineering and infrastructure company with over 20 years of experience delivering engineering, construction, and project management solutions. We are seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative & Accounts Intern to support our administrative and operational functions.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or current student seeking practical experience in administration, accounting, and project support within a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Assist with filing, document management, and data entry.
- Deliver and collect documents from government institutions, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Support tender and compliance documentation.
- Assist with basic accounting and office administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Valid driver's licence is required.
- Valid passport is an added advantage.
- Willing and able to travel to project locations as required.
