Responsibilities or duties

  • Manage patient records, correspondence, and filing systems with confidentiality.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
