Responsibilities or duties
- Provide administrative support to hospital departments and staff.
- Manage patient records, correspondence, and filing systems with confidentiality.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Support procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
