Responsibilities or duties

• Installing, inspecting, and performing preventative maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems .
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC/R units and carrying out necessary repairs .
• Working on a variety of systems including split units, chillers, AHU & fan coil units, cooling towers, and refrigeration systems .
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals .
• Replacing defective parts, including compressors, motors, evaporators, and condensers .
• Refilling and checking refrigerant levels and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations for their handling .
• Maintaining accurate service records, work orders, and reports on all activities .
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies .
