JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
To provide expert technical guidance, support, and training on aluminium product design, fabrication, installation, and troubleshooting. This role ensures quality standards, resolves complex technical issues, and supports both production and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on aluminium profiles, systems, fabrication techniques, and installation methods.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
- Troubleshoot production and on-site installation challenges.
- Conduct product training for production staff, installers, and sales teams.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients on technical specifications and custom solutions.
- Ensure all aluminium work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support the development of new aluminium products and systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in the aluminium fabrication and construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminium systems, profiles, joinery, and glazing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: associate degree
