God First and General Traders in Mpulungu, Zambia is looking for a suitably qualified individual to full-up the position of Assistance Sales and Marketing coordinator.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Process outlet orders chart and maintain accurate records.
• Direct supervision of sales personnel.
• Preparation of sales reports.
• Gathering of data in relation to market trends to help in the innovation of the products.
• Collecting of market intelligence information.
• Reconciliation of sales reports with production.
• Stock taking in the outlets to determine the levels and shortages of stocks as recorded in the sales day book.
• Handling of sales incentives issues relating to sales personnel.
• Ensures sales personnel report for work as stipulated in the Company policy.
• Handling of cash from the sales outlet to the cashier.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events, digital marketing campaigns and updating social media.
• Research potential clients in Northern region and assist in following up on business development opportunities.
• Manage customer relationship and coordinate promotion activities.
• Play a crucial role in bridging our marketing efforts with our sales team.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales and marketing coordinator.
• Reports to the sales and marketing coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

• Grade Twelve Certificate with 5 O Levels
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must be Computer literate in Ms. office (Word, Excel, power point ) and familiarity with basic digital
• A Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar sales or marketing support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
