JOB DETAILS:
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT (PAYEBLE AND RECEIVABLE)
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing customers invoice based on accounting procedures.
- Matching payments to invoice numbers.
- Managing the accounts receivables ledger.
- Researching & investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges.
- Handling customer’s inquiries regarding billing issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance or accounting or holder of ZICA, CIMA & ACCA.
- Paid up member of ZICA.
- 1-Year experience in any sector but logistics will be an added advantage.
- Advance Knowledge in Microsoft excel & ERP such as Mastruck, Tally, SAGE 300 etc.
- Excellent analytical & numerical abilities.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
