• Cooking: Cook menu items (grilling, frying, boiling, sautéing, baking) to the required standards and specifications.
• Station Management: Manage a specific kitchen station (e.g., grill, fryer, cold station) during service, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Quality Assurance: Check food quality, taste, temperature, and presentation before dishes leave the kitchen.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and communicating low-stock items to the Head Chef.
• Recipe Adherence: Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Cleanliness: Keep the workstation clean and organized, following cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols.
• Team Support: Assist other kitchen staff during busy periods and step in where needed.
