Occupational Health and Safety Institute (OHSI) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Social Security established under the Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 16 of 2025, has its main Offices situated in Kitwe with two branch offices in Solwezi and Lusaka. In addition to the 3 centres, the Institute also offers occupational health and safety (OHS) services to all the sectors throughout the country on outreach basis. The Institute is looking for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions of;
JOB OBJECTIVE
To undertake the allocation of bookings and collection of diagnosis results in order to enhance accessibility, security and flow of information
Responsibilities or duties
- Conduct effectively the accurate allocation of booking for scheduled medical examinations in order to facilitate decision making;
- Undertake effectively the collection and distribution of medical diagnosis results in order to facilitate decision making;
- Undertake effectively the accurate classification of diagnosis medical records and correspondence in order to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information; and
- Undertake effectively the accurate classification of records in order to facilitate efficient record keeping.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Grade 12 School Certificate or relevant qualification;
- Certificate in Records Management or equivalent;
- Good communication Skills; and
- Computer literate, sober habits, trustworthy, honesty and integrity.
Experience needed
- 3 Years pre-job experience;
