We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Revenue Accountant to join our finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather CIT input billing data weekly and populate the billing template
- CIT receipts analysis for revenue assurance
- Ensure that all source documents are properly filed and archived
- In charge of all daily postings of receipts to be checked by the Billing Officer
- In charge of checking all sale sheets in comparison with the billing on a month basis
- In charge of physical billing to help the Billing Officer
- In charge of checking all Alarm terminations, additions and working alarms.
- In charge of checking movements in ATM additions and terminations, shortages.
- In charge of revenue reconciliation with debt collection team
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your line
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 certificate with 5 ‘O’ level credits including Math and English
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Chartered Accounts, ACCA, CIMA or related qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management skills
- Keen observation skills
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel
- Proficient in Sage 200 will be an added advantage
