Alpha Commodities Limited, a leading fertilizer company, is inviting applications for six (6) Assistant Sales Officers to support sales operations within the agricultural industry. The role is based on the outskirts of Lusaka and requires extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
• Execute the company's products under the e-Voucher Programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Attend training sessions and apply acquired knowledge in the field.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements / Who Should Apply

• Minimum Diploma in Agro-Sales or a related field.
• Familiarity with the e-Voucher Programme.
• Proven sales experience with traceable references from the most recent employer.
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
