JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Assist in guiding and supervising students during activities, lessons, and break times.
• Help prepare educational materials and maintain cleanliness and order in the classroom.
• Offer extra support to students who need help with lessons or assignments.
• Monitor and report on student behavior and performance to the class teacher.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

• A good team player with basic knowledge of teaching methods.

*Requirements:*

– Diploma or Degree in Primary Education/E.C.E
– Minimum 25 years old
– Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (T.C.Z)
– Valid Practising License
– At least 2 years of teaching experience
– G.C.E certificate with 5 credits or better, including English
– Christian with a minimum of 3 years of testimony
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Ability to work independently
– Computer literacy
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
