About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized and detail-oriented Assistant Workshop Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative and inventory functions of our workshop department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all petty cash transactions.
- Assist the Workshop Foreman in opening, updating, and maintaining job cards for vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Monitor and record inventory levels, including oils, lubricants, and other workshop consumables.
- Assist with stock control and general stores management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle files and workshop records.
- Prepare and update workshop documentation and reports as required.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned in support of workshop operations.
Requirements and Experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Stores Management, Business Studies or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High level of integrity.
- Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
