WE ARE HIRING!

We are currently recruiting for the following positions based in Lusaka:

AUDIT & SUPERVISION SUPERVISOR (x2)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audits across various departments (sales, warehouse, finance, and operations) to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Review financial transactions, inventory records, and operational procedures to identify risks, errors, or fraud.
• Conduct spot checks and surprise inspections at retail outlets, warehouses, and distribution points.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
• Supervise a team of audit assistants and ensure timely completion of audit schedules.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation progress.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal control frameworks.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
