Livingstone’s Adventure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aviation Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage its aviation quality management systems in compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Main Duties:

  1. Establish, document, develop, and manage the aviation quality system to meet ZCAA and other regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure adherence to quality-related policies and procedures outlined in operations and QA manuals, with regular reviews for effectiveness and adequacy.
  3. Maintain up-to-date audit and inspection records for review by the ZCAA and other relevant authorities.
  4. Inspect and assess documentation related to all helicopter Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA) renewals and certification inspections.
  5. Supervise ZCAA inspectors during audits or official visits.
  6. Develop and implement procedures for handling non-conformities, including monitoring and reporting systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Aircraft Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation management or quality assurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant software tools
  • Experience with data reporting, Excel dashboards, or similar reporting tools
  • Knowledge of ZCAA regulations and aviation safety standards is an added advantage
