Responsibilities or duties

Perform clean and professional haircuts and fades

Attend to customers respectfully and professionally

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times

Keep the workstation, tools, and waiting area clean and organized

Follow approved haircut prices and shop rules

Accurately declare all daily sales and handle customer money as instructed

Be punctual and present during working hours

Protect shop equipment and property

Promote a friendly and welcoming shop environment

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Proven experience as a barber

Knowledge of various haircutting techniques

Excellent customer service skills

Good communication skills

Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Experience needed

Previous experience in a barbering role is preferred.
