Job Summary:
We are hiring skilled Baristas to prepare and serve a range of beverages at our new Quick Service Restaurant in Ndola. This role focuses on delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to enhance the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report shortages to the Floor Supervisor.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system for beverage orders.
  • Upsell additional items, such as pastries, to complement beverage sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista in a café, QSR, or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (e.g., espresso, latte art).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
  • Must be a Copperbelt resident or willing to relocate to Ndola.
