Qualifications and Experience Required
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for secondary school teachers jobs in Lusaka at LICEF School:
- A Teacher’s Diploma with a minimum of five years teaching experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least three years of teaching experience.
- Experience teaching at the IGCSE level is highly advantageous.
- Possession of a valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) Practising Licence.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to motivate and inspire students.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons at the secondary school level.
Assess, document, and report on student academic progress accurately and timely.
Participate actively in curriculum development and extracurricular activities to enrich the school community.
Maintain and promote the values and ethos of LICEF School while upholding high professional standards.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
