- Prepare and detonate explosives according to safety regulations
- Calculate explosive loads and design blast patterns
- Implement vibration and flyrock control measures
- Conduct post-blast inspections and report outcomes
Requirements:
- 2+ years underground blasting experience
- Valid blasting license/certification
- Strong understanding of MSHA/OSHA safety standards
- Excellent attention to detail
