Responsibilities or duties

Provide strategic oversight and contribute to board decision-making

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements

Safeguard the organisation’s mission, values, and reputation

Oversee financial performance and ensure responsible use of resources

Monitor programme performance and organisational impact

Support and provide guidance to senior leadership

Promote safeguarding and uphold the wellbeing of children

Act as an ambassador for Mary’s Meals
