HUACHEN INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN LIMITED is seeking a qualified and experienced Bonded Warehouse Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Ndola, Copperbelt, Zambia. Position Overview: Bonded Warehouse Site Supervisor

The successful candidate will oversee daily bonded warehouse activities, ensuring smooth stock verification, loading operations, and managing warehouse traffic flow. This role demands a hands-on leader who can supervise site personnel and enforce compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma or Degree in Transport & Logistics (CILT), Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (CIPS), Procurement, Warehousing, or a related discipline.

Basic understanding of Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) customs procedures such as BOE and EX-BOND is preferred.

Competency in interpreting operational documents and performing basic data tasks using Excel.

Membership with the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (ZCILT) is mandatory.

Experience needed

Minimum of three years’ experience managing bonded warehouse sites.

Proven ability to manage site workforce and equipment, including forklifts, reach stackers, and truck fleets.

• Supervise all bonded warehouse activities to guarantee efficient and uninterrupted handling of goods.
• Manage vehicle access and direct trucks to appropriate loading and offloading areas, ensuring all related documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Lead and coordinate bonded warehouse staff, including forklift operators and general assistants, to maintain productivity and safety.
• Enforce strict adherence to regulatory requirements, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to prevent theft, damage, and unauthorized access.
• Perform thorough checks on incoming and outgoing cargo against waybills to confirm correct quantities and conditions.
