3. Book Out Clerk x 1 (Location – Kitwe)
Main Responsibilities
Physical Inspection of fleet and daily planning of booking in and out of Trucks
Ensuring timely and correct pay out of Drivers’ trip allowance
Verification of loads documents validity and ensure that all are in order
Prepare and submit daily dispatch tracking reports to Operations controller and other stakeholders
Conduct and supervise daily stock checks on fleet equipment, tarpaulin, chains and binders, upright and corner plate serial numbers
Conduct and supervise effective truck hand over and take over in case of change of Drivers
Perform any other duties assigned by superiors
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of Certificate in Chartered Institute of Logistics in Transport (CILT)
Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
At least two (2) years of experience in data capturing, processing and reports’ production.
Proficient with database systems
Experience in the transport industry, an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: professional certificate
