JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for honest, hardworking, and customer-friendly individuals to join our team as Booth Cashiers / Mobile Money Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, airtime top-ups).
• Operate Airtel Money, MTN Money, Zamtel, Zanaco Express, FNB Cash Plus, and POS machines.
• Handle cash accurately, give correct change, and issue receipts.
• Reconcile daily transactions and maintain proper records.
• Keep the booth/office clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist customers and escalate queries to the supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
• Good math and cash-handling skills.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or mobile money is an added advantage.
• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Preferably residing near Kabwata (for Kabwata booth) or Town Centre (for town office).

Compensation

Commission-based pay (earnings depend on performance and number of transactions).

This is not a fixed-salary position. The more transactions you process, the more you earn.
