JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are looking for two reliable and customer-focused Booth Operators to manage daily booth operations, assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate records within Lusaka CBD area.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Maintain accurate daily transaction records.
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and secure.
- Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.

Level of Education: high school
