JOB DETAILS:
Position: Branch Manager
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch, ensuring achievement of business targets, excellent customer service, effective team management, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Set and monitor branch sales, operational, and financial targets.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate branch employees.
- Develop strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor branch expenses, stock, assets, and resources.
- Prepare and submit regular branch performance reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within the branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in branch, sales, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good financial, analytical, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
