We are looking for skilled, reliable and hardworking Part-Time Bricklayers to join our team on various ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Lusaka.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Bricklayer / Mason
• Strong skills in laying bricks, blocks, plastering and general masonry work
• Ability to read and follow simple building plans (added advantage)
• Two (2) traceable working references with contact details
• Physically fit, energetic and able to work at heights or in all weather conditions
• Honest, punctual and committed to quality workmanship
• Valid NRC

Main Duties:

• Laying bricks and blocks to specification on residential, commercial and other sites
• Mixing mortar, preparing surfaces and performing plastering work
• Ensuring neat, strong and professional finishes
• Maintaining site cleanliness and strictly following safety procedures
• Working flexible hours as required by project schedules
