About the Role
Are you passionate about customer service and travel? Do you love meeting new people and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for enthusiastic and professional Bus Hostesses to deliver exceptional service to our passengers on this exciting cross-border route.
What You'll Do
- Welcome passengers aboard and ensure their comfort throughout the journey
- Provide outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly approach
- Assist passengers with luggage, seating, and onboard inquiries
- Maintain a safe and pleasant travel environment
- Represent the Andrich Coach Services brand with professionalism and pride
What We're Looking For
- Age: 18-30 years
- Excellent English communication skills (essential)
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage
