Business Analyst at ACCA

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. In this business analyst role the applicant will become part of a large team working to meet the needs of both internal departments and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform requirements analysis.
• Compile proposals.
• Compile business models.
• Compile process models.
• Participate in roll out and implementation of the IT solution.
• Gather, collate and analyse business information and knowledge.
• Provide facilitation and scribing services.
• Provide training if required.
• Ensure system specifications meet business requirements.
• Perform Product Owner duties within an Agile team.

• Oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Research skills.
• Technical report writing skills.
• Practical skills with Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN).

Qualifications:

• Business analysis qualification/IT degree or diploma.
• Understanding of Business processes and procedures.
• Understanding of the customers' business.
• Understand the applicable system development life cycle, methodology and tools, including model driven design and service orientated architecture modelling.
