Background

Zimworx is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business & Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage enterprise data to deliver accurate reporting, improve forecasting, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple systems such as NetSuite, Paycom, and ERP platforms using Alteryx and Azure Data Lake.
• Provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other teams to consolidate data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Continuously improve data reporting processes and automation workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Skilled in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience integrating and analyzing data from platforms like NetSuite, Paycom, and other ERP systems using Alteryx and Azure Data Lake.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
