We are looking for energetic, self-driven and professional Business Development Associates to help us expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach businesses that could benefit from business process automation and digital transformation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' operational challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Work closely with the GraceGate team to develop appropriate solutions for clients.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates on business development activities.
  • Develop strategic referral partnerships with professionals and organisations that can introduce potential clients.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are confident communicating with business owners and senior managers.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Are self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Are organised and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Have a passion for solving business problems through technology and innovation.
  • Are willing to learn about business processes, automation and digital transformation.

Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, banking, ICT, consulting or customer relationship management will be an added advantage but is not essential.
