Job Title: Business Development Manager – Lubricants, Aviation & Bitumen
Mount Meru Petroleum Zambia seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumen sales, based in Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumensales.Manage and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring timely supply and delivery of products.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across all three product lines.
- Manage supply chain logistics, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration or a similar field MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong business sales and business development skills, with a proven record in sales of lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumen.
- Knowledge across lubricants, aviation fuel, and bitumen sectors, with a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Experience in managing supply and delivery of products, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
