We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales, and market share.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, NGO, and institutional clients.
  • Source, monitor, and participate in tender opportunities through the Zambia Electronic Government Procurement (eGP) System.
  • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, product launches, customer presentations, and marketing events.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare business development and marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Procurement, and Technical teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the ICT, security systems, or technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of ICT, security systems, digital identification, CCTV, access control, biometric solutions, or networking products will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driver's licence and have working knowledge of the Zambia Electronic Government Procurement (eGP) System, including identifying tender opportunities, downloading bidding documents, preparing submissions, and managing tender-related processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
