Business Development Officer (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue strategic partnerships, funding opportunities, and revenue-generating initiatives for the hospital
• Support proposal development, concept notes, and engagement with donors, corporate partners, and local stakeholders
• Lead market assessments for hospital services, wellness packages, and private sector opportunities
• Coordinate branding, service promotion, and community outreach initiatives in line with Chreso Ministries’ mission
• Track business performance, prepare reports, and support sustainability planning

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or resource mobilization (health sector experience is an added advantage)
• Strong proposal writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results
• Alignment with Christian values and organizational mission
